His game was forged in early self handicap runs intentionally turning off streak rewards and using bottom tier equipment in run and gun leagues just to master raw positioning and court geometry. Playing a low burst, high impact style, Pete Goat uses the deep court vision he earned playing at the highest levels of the backcourt. He reads defensive passing lanes in real time, dropping his bubble barrier like a double team wall to cut off enemy sightlines and isolate key targets. He does the dirty work under the glass, sacrificing his individual box score to dictate the pace of the game and set his team up for easy buckets.
