1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and NoKyosho, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (“NoKyosho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.nokyosho.com/ website (the “Site”). The Site provides an online marketplace for goods, products, and/or services (the “Marketplace Offerings”). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The Site and Marketplace Offerings are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by NoKyosho, LLC. No part of the Site may be reproduced or distributed for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

3. MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS & SHIPPING PROTECTION We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of the Marketplace Offerings. However, electronic displays may vary.

  • The 30-Day Rule: In accordance with California law, if your order is not shipped within 30 days of purchase, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping estimate and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT We accept PayPal, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by the State of California.

5. RETURN POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NoKyosho, LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges for novelty items or made to order goods. However, if you were sent the wrong item or if the product arrives with a documented manufacturing defect, please contact nokyosho+support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
